Local trail maps can be purchased here and they rent all types of bikes from road, kids, cruisers to downhill mountain bikes. On Thursday evenings they organize a group ride in the Crystal Mountain area.

Bear Creek Provincial Park |

Duration/Distance: Canyon Rim Trail 2.5 km/ 2 hrs – Loop Trail 15 minutes
Elevation Gain: 90 metres
Difficulty Level: for the moderately fit as the Canyon Rim Trail has many steep inclines, but trail is well maintained.

Vancouver has the Grouse Grind, we have the Smith Creek Gruel. There are some beginner trails in the lower elevations, as you go higher as does the fitness level and technical difficulty.
